What is regular flow, and which pad works for it?
A regular or moderate flow means you need to change your pad every 3–4 hours during the day. What is best for a heavy or overnight flow?

How do I know if my flow is heavy or light?
A light flow means you change your pad every 4–5 hours or more and it is never soaked. A regular flow means changing every 3–4 hours. A heavy flow means changing every 1–2 hours, or soaking through to your clothes. If you consistently soak a pad every hour for several hours in a row, that is worth discussing with a health professional.
